1.1 How HomeFix Designs Collects Your Data
1.1.1 Information you provide
When you visit our websites we might ask you to provide personal data e.g. name, email, address, telephone number and business registration and VAT registration numbers. We may ask you this kind of data when you become a customer, join us on social media, contact us with questions or request support, services and quotes. You don’t have to provide us with your personal data, but it will mean you can’t use our services and you won’t be able to log into our website.

We use a range of 3rd party services for various business processes e.g. Moneybird for invoicing etc. All services we use have been carefully chosen and are reputable companies who are GDPR compliant and take data storage seriously. If you are our customer we will provide a list of these services upon request, along with any details of data stored.
1.5 International Data Transfers
Your data is stored in EEA and will not be transferred outside of the EEA.
1.6 Security
Security is of the utmost importance and a top priority for us when it comes to your personal data. We are committed to protecting your personal data and have the appropriate technical and procedural measures in place to make sure your data is secure.
1.7 Data Retention & Deletion
The length of time we keep your personal data depends on what it is and whether we have an obligation to retain it e.g. your billing and invoice information cannot be deleted as we are legally obliged to maintain and store financial records for as many years as we are required to in The Netherlands.
